- Proven expertise in establishing HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.
