About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our business partnerships and drive revenue growth through strategic market expansion.

  • Key responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and managing travel agent partners to ensure optimal platform adoption and resolve any queries or issues that may arise.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, driving sustainable performance across the region, and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements:

  1. A master's degree from a reputable institution and 2-6 years of experience in sales, travel trade, key account management, contracting, or B2B sales is required.
  2. Proven experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is highly desirable.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to identify and onboard new travel agent partners, ensuring their successful adoption of our platform.
  • Business Development: Grow net revenue by creating business plans to achieve revenue goals, ensuring inventory levels meet demand, and maintaining rate competitiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to establish and maintain effective partner relationships, train travel agent partners on our product, and create market intelligence reports.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Network, negotiate, and close deals with clients to market our product effectively.
