Job Description:

The Partnership & Collaboration Executive will play a pivotal role in driving net-zero advertising by establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships that fortify our mission. This involves collaborating closely with brands, agencies, and sustainability partners to create impactful collaborations and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems
  • Nurture and manage existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment
  • Support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner-driven solutions
  • Track partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relationship-driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field
  • 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
