**Job Title:** Procurement Operations Specialist**Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement operations specialist to manage end-to-end import procurement operations. The successful candidate will contribute to our company's global growth strategy by streamlining procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Float enquiries for procurement of import items as per production plan and receive indent;
  • Offer collection, preparation of CS and creation of PO, Contract, Service WO in SAP;
  • Release vendor payment as PO terms and follow up for delivery with shipper of pending order;
  • Coordinate with plant user, account dept, store dept, supplier, freight forwarder and CHA for day-to-day operation for on-time delivery as per schedule;
  • Prepare and daily update of MIS as like Stock Report, Transit Stock, Pending Order ,Pending Advances, EPCG report, EPR report, EU report and etc as required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration);
  • 4-6 years of experience in procurement operations, with a focus on import procurement;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM;
  • Experience with customs clearance and international freight forwarding;
  • Knowledge of inventory control and movement types in SAP;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
