Procurement Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement strategy development, auction and RFP management, and biomass quality control.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to drive platform growth, managing auctions and RFPs to ensure optimal pricing and supplier selection, ensuring high-quality biomass is sourced and delivered to clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize platform operations, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to enhance business performance.
  • Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
