Procurement Specialist

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to improve supplier quality and reduce costs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in procurement
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms
  • Manage category performance by tracking key metrics and providing regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement category commodity strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and/or purchasing
  • Experience sourcing and managing HR, Marketing, and IT spend categories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of Coupa and Oracle software
  • Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Previous consulting experience
