Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for performing procurement activities in adherence to established procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Operations: Process and manage transactions related to procurement sub-processes, adhering to SOPs and associated SLAs.
  • PO Creation: Perform operational tasks in various procurement processes, including PO creation across categories and business units.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate data, documentation, and records in accordance with quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Support: Timely and accurately respond to inquiries, requests, or issues raised by internal stakeholders.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality services and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to SLAs and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in procurement / supply chain with a proven track record in procurement operations.
  • Skill Requirements:
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
