Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and procurement, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the purchasing process from initiation to delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing inventory levels and optimizing logistics.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
