About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented French Language Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are fluent in French and eager to build a career in business operations or procurement to support procurement operations including requisition reviews, supplier communication, and RFQ creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate and communicate effectively in French and English, both written and spoken
- Support internal teams with French documentation, email handling, and communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
- Assist in procurement or supply chain tasks (if applicable)
- Maintain data accuracy and follow internal processes

Required Qualifications:

- French language certification – Minimum B2 level (DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

- Basic understanding of procurement/supply chain concepts
- Experience in procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa is a plus
- Internship or academic project related to procurement or logistics
