The Senior Associate, Solution Engineering has a significant role in developing large-scale enterprise level backend-end solutions and ensuring that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. This role has significance in the designing and architecture of digital projects to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead a Team Technically and mentor Associates and Jr. Associates.
• Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams
• Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure
• Works independently on complex projects
• Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining unit test, code coverage and integration test coverage.

Role Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated software development experience.
• Hand-on expertise on Native iOS (Objective-C & Swift)
• Deep Understanding and Knowledge about JSON, SOAP, REST.
• Worked with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Cordova.
• Good to have: ReactJS, AWS Cloud.
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results.
