Procurement Operations Specialist

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing PR to PO conversion tasks within the Procurement SSC vertical. This role requires adherence to established procedures and guidelines.

  • Perform PR to PO conversion tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Foster collaboration with Buyers to resolve gaps in purchase requisition for creation of purchase orders.
  • Process transactions related to Procurement sub-processes in compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
  • Manage operational tasks across various Procurement processes, including PO creation across categories and BUs.
  • Evaluate data accuracy and completeness in accordance with quality standards.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks and alignment with SLAs.
  • Cultivate collaboration with functional process owners to resolve complex queries or issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain consistency and compliance by adhering to established processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Follow relevant policies and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggesting ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prioritize data collection, validation, and reporting to support Executive - Information Management.
  • Engage in training programs or skill development activities to enhance knowledge and capabilities.

Experience: A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain is required, with a proven track record in Procurement operations.
