Purchase Order Management Executive Lead

About the Role

The PO Management Executive Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end transactional pipeline for workload prioritization. This includes monitoring and coordinating PO changes, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies, and providing order management support and guidance across Global Business Services (GBS) and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process & Performance Management: Monitor and manage the end-to-end transactional pipeline for workload prioritization. Handle and coordinate PO changes and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Inspire and coach team members while maintaining an inclusive and collaborative work culture. Liaise with global stakeholders in various time zones, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Operational Excellence: Support audit requirements and risk mitigation initiatives. Ensure alignment with procurement policy, country-specific regulations, and business asset guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
  • 8–10 years of procurement experience in client-focused or global service delivery roles
  • Certification in CPSM, CIPS, or CPM is an advantage
