Job Description

Oversee and manage procurement systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and security.Implement governance policies and compliance measures for procurement technologies.Conduct regular audits and updates to align systems with industry best practices.Act as the liaison between procurement, IT, and external vendors for system enhancements.Standardize procurement processes across the organization and identify inefficiencies.Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline procurement workflows.Deploy new procurement tools, providing training and ongoing support for system usage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement operations and strategies.Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: Minimum 15-18 years in procurement technology, process optimization, or supply chain management.Skills:Expertise in Sourcing Process and Commercial Negotiation.Advanced knowledge of SAP and procurement tools.Strong leadership and people management skills.Proven ability to manage contracts, agreements, and supplier risk assessments.Skilled in Project Management and Category Strategy Formation.Industry Background: Experience in IT services, procurement, or supply chain managementCommunication: Excellent communication skills, with a track record of working with global teams.
