Job Title: Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to lead our purchasing team in driving business growth and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Analyze market trends and make recommendations to senior management on procurement strategies
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management
  • Proven track record of delivering results through effective leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
