Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Language Support Specialist to join our team. As a Language Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and facilitating successful order delivery.
About You:
- You have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English language.
- You possess an outgoing personality, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with others.
- You are proficient in using computer applications (MS Office, SharePoint, and CRM tools).
- You are detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a global environment covering different time zones and languages.
Your primary responsibilities as a Language Support Specialist include:
- Providing customers with information on course offerings and products.
- Enrolling customers in open enrolment classes for external, internal, domestic, and international customers.
- Securing billing information from customers via purchase orders, contracts, and credit cards.
- Processing customer orders.
- Assisting customers with Computer-Based Training, Web or Multi-media Training.
- Researching order delivery status and preparing appropriate responses to customers.
- Creating standard quotes for external customers and sales teams for Open Enrolment classes and web-based courses.
- Answering phone calls from customers/clients.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
