Job Title: Senior Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Support Specialist. In this position, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Solve complex technical issues for end-users and stakeholders with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct thorough research to identify root causes of problems and implement timely resolutions
- Communicate technical information effectively via email, chat, ticketing systems, and conference calls
- Develop knowledge base resources for end-users and support analysts
- Maintain software solutions to enhance user experience and increase autonomy for support analysts
- 3+ years of experience in Application Production L1 & L2 support
- 2+ years of experience managing applications using technologies such as Python, AWS, JavaScript, or any JavaScript framework
- 2+ years of experience debugging SQL queries and stored procedures in relational database management systems
- Ability to troubleshoot applications independently with multiple concurrent priorities
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and teams
- Experience with service desk tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA, Redmine, CA Service Desk
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Demonstrated domain knowledge in financial/investment data and/or analytics is a plus
