Telecom International Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional support to customers from Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with queries related to telecom services, billing, plan upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background, with HSC or Graduate level qualifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Australian accent preferred.
  • Ability to work in rotational US/AUS/International shifts.
  • Good typing skills for chat processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
