Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products offered on global exchanges, including margin requirements and trade execution processes.
- Assist clients with account opening, funding, and feature utilization, ensuring they understand the benefits of our platform.
- Investigate trade issues and order executions, working closely with clients to resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
- Stay updated on securities regulations and their impact on customers, providing expert guidance when needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer services within the international BPO industry.
- University degree (Bachelor's) required.
- High-level MS Excel skills essential for data analysis and client support.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Excellent quantitative/analytical and oral/written communication skills.
