Job Description
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our technology and client needs. You will understand clients' challenges, collaborate to tailor our solutions for optimal impact, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
- Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and development teams to customize solutions based on client requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing capabilities and value proposition of Konnect Insights
- Provide training sessions to clients for effective platform utilization
You will also conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, address client concerns, and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges
- Develop customized solutions based on client requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Consultant or in a similar capacity within the SaaS industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using and presenting SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and technologies
