Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement customer experience programs across APAC & EMEA regions. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering exceptional results through the use of Medallia Experience Cloud and Qualtrics XM.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable CX survey programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver value to customers.
  • Work closely with other implementation hubs to leverage best practices and synergize initiatives.
  • Manage project development plans and change control processes to ensure timely delivery.

About You:

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in IT or a related field.
  • A background in customer experience, feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Medallia Experience Cloud (Qualtrics CX & EX) is an added advantage.
  • You possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on solutions and quality assurance.
  • You are proficient in MS Office products and have excellent English language skills.
