
Senior Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement customer experience programs across APAC & EMEA regions. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering exceptional results through the use of Medallia Experience Cloud and Qualtrics XM.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable CX survey programs that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver value to customers.
- Work closely with other implementation hubs to leverage best practices and synergize initiatives.
- Manage project development plans and change control processes to ensure timely delivery.
About You:
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in IT or a related field.
- A background in customer experience, feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards is highly desirable.
- Certification in Medallia Experience Cloud (Qualtrics CX & EX) is an added advantage.
- You possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on solutions and quality assurance.
- You are proficient in MS Office products and have excellent English language skills.
