Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software maintenance, support, and deployment, with expertise in Empower and other CDS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support current CDS system infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Provide end-user issue support, troubleshooting, and resolution, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Administer CDS system, including server maintenance, backup, archival, and periodic review of system functionality.
  • Support the deployment and installation of CDS applications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate with multiple instrument vendors during application and instrument setup, qualification, and validation.
  • Handhold Site SMEs in Empower operations and implementations through proper training and support, promoting knowledge transfer and skill development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-10 years of experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in Pharmaceuticals or Chemical Manufacturing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Empower and other CDS systems, including user management, laboratory, and instrument software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to prepare and maintain compliance documents, SOPs, and validation protocols.
  • Data integrity and compliance to 21CFR Part 11 and GxP standards, with understanding of risk assessment and execution of validation protocols.
