Senior BIM Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Senior BIM Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Building Information Modelling (BIM) services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive projects forward.
">">Job Description:">">The Senior BIM Specialist will be responsible for managing the production and verification of BIM models and drawings for selected projects. Key accountabilities include:
">">- Managing the development of BIM models and drawings">">
- Coordinating with design professionals and BIM Managers">">
- Ensuring technical quality assurance and client feedback">
Additionally, the Senior BIM Specialist will engage with regional offices and teams regarding safe design requirements, flagging risks at appropriate levels and resolving issues effectively.
">">Required Skills and Qualifications:">">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">">- Sound technical knowledge and academic qualifications">">
- Familiarity with British codes, drawing standards, and practices related to Mechanical/Water Utility modelling and drawing production">">
- Awareness of software used for BIM modelling">
You will also need to have good knowledge of Revit, Plant 3D, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
