Technical Operations Specialist

 

A key role in our team is the Technical Operations Specialist, responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of multiple sites. This involves leading and guiding site teams to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and company standards.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Single point contact for multiple accounts/sites
  • Lead and guide site teams for proper execution of tasks
  • Conduct weekly/monthly site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Review and approve technical documents such as DSR, WSR, MSR, and MMR
  • Plan and attend client meetings, including MMRs
  • Provide training to site teams on new technologies and procedures
  • Perform monthly technical audits of site equipment
  • Review and improve SOPs, operation manuals, checklists, etc.
  • Ensure that all site work adheres to safety rules and regulations
  • Offer technical support to the team and resolve complex service issues
  • Ensure timely billing of each site
  • Build strong relationships with key clients through regular communication
  • Address client concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with the sales/commercial team by providing technical input for proposals and service quotes
  • Share regular reports with senior management on service progress and team performance

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E.) or Master's degree (M.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
  • Experience: 7-10 years of practical experience in large technical facility management
  • Deep engineering knowledge in commercial utility equipment (HVAC, STP, WTP, Boilers, Lifts, Pump stations, Fire pumps, Solid waste management, Bio gas plant, etc.)
