Job Title: Senior Specialist

 

About the Role-

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Senior Specialist. As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional proficiency in Enovia.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of Enovia Architecture systems framework and how different components interact is essential for success in this role.
  • You will need to have customization exposure to tailor Enovia solutions using MQL Matrix Query Language TCL Tool Command Language and Java.
  • Data Management involves efficiently handling of data within the Enovia environment data upload and migration.
  • Exposure with Linux Shell Scripts will also be required.
  • You should have knowledge in integrating Enovia with other systems like CAD and ERP.
  • A strong understanding of Domain knowledge in PLM DMS and LMS is also necessary.
  • Experience of ITIL process and support is vital.
  • You will be responsible for Troubleshooting issues within the Enovia application identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Critical Communication Skills are required.
  • You will need to clearly explain technical issues to users documenting problems and collaborating with other team members.

 

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in the field.
