
Key Account Manager

This position requires an experienced account manager to develop, maintain, and grow key client relationships within the IT services/staffing industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster strong connections with clients through regular communication and ensure timely delivery of services from Sales and Recruitment teams.
- Determine client goals and create effective delivery plans to meet their needs while adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Cultivate Statements of Work/ Master Services Agreements, negotiate terms, manage renewals, invoicing, and collections.
- Maintain a network of qualified candidates aligned to client demand and optimize time-to-fill metrics.
- Monitor account health, pipeline, and forecasts; identify potential risks and implement resolutions.
- 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development within IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing.
- A proven track record of revenue growth and strong stakeholder management.
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing expertise.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle/Agile and IT hiring cycles.
