Key Account Growth Specialist

    We are seeking a strategic and innovative candidate to execute our demand generation function across both outbound and inbound channels. This role will be responsible for implementing growth-oriented action plans, driving pipeline expansion and campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    Execute end-to-end demand generation strategies for key accounts in target geographies.

    Own and develop high-impact campaigns, aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch targeted initiatives, leveraging market insights and data analysis.

    Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.

    Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

    Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.

    Qualifications:

    3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.

    Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.

    Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.

    Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
