Sr. Business Development Manager - Growth Strategist
About the Opportunity:We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and revenue expansion for our design and product solutions vertical.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
- Create customized sales materials, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy in the design industry.
- Strong understanding of design processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop compelling sales pitches and build strong relationships with CXO-level executives.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.
