Market Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Market Growth Strategist to drive our market development, expand brand visibility, and develop our customer base.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve revenue and funnel conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance engagement with key stakeholders by strengthening relationships with contractors, architects, and influencers.
  • Optimize market intelligence by gathering and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Spearhead training and development initiatives by educating contractors and partners on products and best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Grow demand through strategic network expansion and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Cultivate strong connections with architects and contractors through product demonstrations and networking events.
  • Monitor the pipeline to optimize conversion rates and generate leads from site visits.
  • Organize industry conferences to strengthen engagement and address underperforming primary partners/products in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates to managers and leadership on key developments.
  • Gather and share relevant insights about assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with RSM/ASM to ensure effective implementation of growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
