About the Growth Manager Internship

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled growth professionals to join our team at Duovarsity.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for growth, community building, and scaling impact. As a Growth Manager Intern, you will design and execute strategies to expand our reach in schools and colleges across the country.

You will lead and manage student ambassador recruitment and community programs, collaborate on marketing campaigns, outreach, and partnerships, track, analyze, and optimize student acquisition and engagement, experiment, learn, and iterate to maximize growth outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth strategy at a rapidly scaling platform, performance-based commissions through your referral/growth codes, opportunity to hire and manage ambassadors across campuses, networking with founders, educators, and student leaders nationwide, internship certificate + Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance, and potential to extend or convert into a paid full-time role.
