Revenue Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Specialist with proven expertise in data analysis to drive revenue optimization in the short-term vacation rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing strategies using tools like dynamic pricing platforms.
  • Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potentials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance property performance and alignment.
  • Present clear, data-backed recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex visualizations and translate them into business actions.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours and engaging with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented in a remote work environment.
