Business Development Lead

As a Business Development Lead, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities in Data and AI consultancy.

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).

Your key responsibility will be building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics).
