Job Title: Business Relationship Manager

Sales Process and Client Engagement:

  • Drive sales growth through effective management of the sales process, focusing on home loans and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Enhance client relationships to foster long-term engagement and repeat business.

Customer Relationship Management and Expansion:

  • Raise customer retention rates for home loans and LAP channels by ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to cultivate loyalty and generate future opportunities.

Builder and DSA Network Development:

  • Foster a robust business pipeline by effectively managing DSAs and builder relationships.
  • Identify new builder/channel partnerships to penetrate new markets and drive business growth.

APF Penetration and Project Focus:

  • Maximize APFs and increase penetration within approved projects.

Loan Processing and Team Support:

  • Ensure smooth loan processing from initial stages to final disbursement.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure timely completion of the loan process.

Sales Team Leadership and Strategy:

  • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing Relationship Managers to achieve team targets.
  • Align the team on lead generation activities to support sales objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the team, implementing growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment.

Market Awareness and Strategic Input:

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize market understanding, competitive insights, and product knowledge to provide valuable feedback to the product and policy team.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure strict compliance with all audit and NHB regulations.
  • Adhere to company processes, policies, and reporting requirements as per established systems.
