Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Relationship Manager - General Insurance Business Development. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing clients with tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting and explaining insurance products, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Corporate Sales
- Experience with market research and identifying business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Experience in Insurance Broking or Pvt General Insurance company is preferred
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
