We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the BFSI industry, with a background in retail banking. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Job Requirements
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in retail banking.
- Professional experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
