About the Professional Clients Group (PCG)

The PCG vertical at Nuvama caters to Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, and corporate clients. With presence in all key metro cities across India, the team delivers specialized services in equity, derivatives, and wealth solutions backed by high-touch engagement and strong research capabilities.

Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager – PCG, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of UHNI and Family Office clients. The role requires strong understanding of capital markets, equity advisory, and wealth management products, along with an entrepreneurial mindset to build and deepen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new UHNI, Family Office, and Corporate clients (minimum 1 Cr+ per account)
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and relationship lifecycle
  • Deliver advisory-led services across Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and Alternative Investments
  • Cross-sell a wide range of products including PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and Structured Products
  • Achieve wallet share growth, revenue targets, and client retention KPIs
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive servicing and consistent engagement
  • Liaise with internal teams (Risk, Operations, Compliance) for smooth execution and governance
  • Maintain adherence to corporate policies, risk, and regulatory frameworks

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Broking or Wealth Management
  • Proven track record in servicing UHNI or Family Office clients
  • Deep knowledge of Equity (Cash, F&O), Wealth Products (MFs, PMS, AIFs), and Structured Solutions
  • Existing client book and relationships preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly driven, client-obsessed, and performance-oriented
