Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to lead our partnerships efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful partnership-led marketing campaigns, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Analyze destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Nurture professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Utilize AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.

Success in the First 90 Days:

  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Develop a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
