
Strategic Partnership Manager

The role of a Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving business growth through strategic alliances with national and regional influencers.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:- Executing partnerships to achieve income delivery, driving initiatives for maximizing income delivery, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
- Ensuring partner selection, documentation, negotiations, and business initiation.
- Maintaining partner business health and timely settlements.
- Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
- Effective channel management facets of business.
- First point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Accountable for control function interfacing with Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
- Driving business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Responsible for revenue targets achievement through various initiatives.
- Daily dashboarding and engagement review platforms for budget delivery.
- Bridge between partners and YBL for product feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Organizing regular training on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment.
- Bridge between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Periodic performance review to identify business leakages and corrective measures.
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
