Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is required. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant area is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with potential partners aligned with our mission.
Manage end-to-end from outreach, negotiation, contract structuring, activation, to ongoing relationship nurturing.
Integrate partners into our flagship offerings, such as Conclaves, Trust Groups, Huddles, Boardroom sessions, PowerUp Mentoring program.
Drive partner-led value-adds (knowledge sessions, tools, discounts, domain expertise) for Trust Group members.
Coordinate with marketing, growth, and community teams to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and communication.
Track performance of partnerships by defining KPIs and benchmarks.
Represent the organization at relevant events, industry forums, and create collateral showcasing brand-partner synergies, success stories, and case studies.
Secure sponsorships for key events and initiatives ensuring mutually beneficial visibility and engagement for sponsors.
