About The Role

This role will drive sales growth of Chemistry Consumables Products within the NorthWest-India market space. The ideal candidate is a self-starter focused on customer success.

Responsibilities

">
  • Drive sales growth of Chemistry Consumables products in the North-west Market.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity metrics.
  • Increase market-share at existing accounts and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Field Sales counterparts to drive business.
  • Utilize internal CRM database for tracking sales activities and open opportunities.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive Business Development activities for assigned sales territory/market.
  • Deliver concise reports and updates on business development initiatives.
  • Occasionally travel to support customer visits, seminars, and internal planning meetings.

Qualifications

">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer support within the chemical or scientific industry.
  • Strong technical background in analytical technologies, especially LC and MS.
  • Action oriented and eager to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized / well-prepared / time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of chemical products, lab workflows, and scientific applications.
  • Ability to interpret technical data sheets and communicate product benefits effectively.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with field sales, marketing, and product teams.
