Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking ahighly experienced Solution Sales Professionalto drive IT solution sales for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sellingIT services, software solutions, cloud solutions, and managed servicesto large enterprises and MNCs. This role requires a deep understanding ofsolution-based selling, consultative sales, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development & Sales:Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities forIT solutions, digital transformation services, and managed services.
- Client Relationship Management:Develop strong relationships withCXOs, IT heads, and decision-makersat enterprises, MNCs, and captives.
- Consultative Sales Approach:Understand customer pain points and propose tailoredtechnology solutionsto address business challenges.
- Sales Target Achievement:Meet and exceed revenue targets by selling IT solutions, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Proposal & Negotiation:Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to drive profitable deals.
- Collaboration:Work closely with thetechnical, presales, and delivery teamsto ensure solution alignment and successful implementation.
- Market Research & Strategy:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
- Networking & Lead Generation:LeverageLinkedIn and industry connectionsto generate leads and expand the client base.
- Travel Requirement:Be flexible to travel for client meetings and business expansion as required.

Key Requirements:

- 8 to 14 years of experienceinsolution sales, IT services sales, or enterprise sales.
- Proven experience in sellingIT solutions (cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, digital transformation, etc.)to large enterprises and MNCs.
- Strong understanding of thedomestic and global IT services market.
- Experience working withenterprise clients, captives, BFSI, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
- Strongconsultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
- LinkedIn-savvy, with a well-established professional network.
- Flexibility to travelas required.
