About Our Client

Our client is a leading global medical technology company that provides innovative solutions in diagnostic and therapeutic imaging, laboratory diagnostics, and digital health services.

Job Description

The key responsibilities include:

Leading the PAN India sales function for the lab diagnostics solutions business, managing a business size of approx. USD 50 million.Engage with a diverse client base including standalone labs, diagnostic chains, and hospitals across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.Responsible for strategic sales planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and channel partner development.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have-

20+ years of experience in sales for IVD/medical device, with minimum 10 years of experience in manager management.Proven ability to engage with CXOs and key decision-makers in diagnostics/hospital chains.Strong target orientation with a consistent track record of sales achievement.Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills - open-minded, empathetic, adaptable, and effective in a matrix environment.Exposure to managing business partners/distributors along with internal cross-functional leadership
