Key Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our lab diagnostics solutions business across India.

This is a leadership role that will contribute to our vision and drive strategic growth.

  • About the Role
  • Lead the sales function for our lab diagnostics solutions business with a significant revenue base.
  • Engage with clients including standalone labs, diagnostic chains, and hospitals in major cities.
  • Responsible for strategic sales planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and channel partner development.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A highly experienced sales professional with over 20 years of experience in sales for IVD/medical devices.
  • At least 10 years of experience in management with a proven ability to engage with CXOs and key decision-makers in diagnostics/hospital chains.
  • Strong target orientation with a consistent track record of sales achievement.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and effective matrix environment management.
  • Experience in managing business partners/distributors and internal cross-functional leadership.
