Key Responsibilities
Generate 100% qualified and converted patient leads who will actually take Varolyn Healthcare services.
Conduct regular field visits to patient families, hospitals, doctors, and referral sources.
Educate patients and families about our healthcare services, ensuring clear understanding and trust.
Convert potential enquiries into confirmed patients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and community partners.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly patient acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records of patient leads, conversions, and field activity.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client relationships. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, training new sales staff, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also participate in team meetings, prepare reports, and provide feedback to improve the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
- Proficiency in Sales Management and strategy development
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
