
Sales Operations Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist, located in Marathahalli, Bengaluru. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for CRM tool administration & upkeep; supporting sales teams, managing sales data, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing sales processes. Daily tasks include liaising with sales representatives, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless sales operations. The role also involves preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- CRM tool Administration
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics
- Attention to detail and genuine interest in numbers/ data analysis/ trend spotting
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and clients
- Experience in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales Operations to design lean sales processes and support sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Ops, preferably in Real Estate/ Channel Partner Firms
Other Requirements
Candidate must have their own Laptop
Should be willing to work on weekends/ holidays; and take a week day off (to shadow the Sales teams)
Should be attuned to Startup culture & proactively contribute with little direction
Salary & Perks
Fixed salary (upto 30k) plus exciting performance incentives
