We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review RFP data to identify project requirements and collaborate with the sales team for smooth order processing.
  • Oversee the purchase order process from initial deal negotiation to final execution, ensuring all documentation and approvals are obtained within specified deadlines.
  • Track PO status, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or issues, and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing reports and presenting necessary documents to the sales team.
  • Develop strategies to enhance sales operations efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness by leveraging technology and tools to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations and provide regular reports and analysis to management.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in an administrative/operational role supporting a B2B Sales/Business Development team.
  • Bachelor's degree and significant experience with CRM systems and excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience with Sales Agreements and Contracts, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong client service skills for B2B clients.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently once trained.
