Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
Ecommerce Operations SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced ecommerce operations specialist to manage our B2B ecommerce platform. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end order lifecycle, including payment processing, refunds and returns, shipment tracking, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) operations, including product management, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate product data, inventory levels, and customer information.
- Oversee the full order lifecycle, including payment verification, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Provide first-line technical and operational support for online customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, integrations, and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing B2B ecommerce platforms, preferably on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Strong understanding of online sales operations, digital marketing integration, and customer life cycle management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years in B2B ecommerce operations.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) hands-on experience.
- End-to-end order ops: payments, refunds/returns, shipment tracking, ticketing/first-line support.
- Digital marketing integration: email automation, campaigns, basic SEO/merchandising.
