Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and training sales team members to refine their skills and improve performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales team members
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in CRM sales or technology sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
