Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting product training. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting appropriate resort stays or tour packages, handling any inquiries or issues, and closing sales. The role also involves collaboration with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven sales and sales management experience
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and provide product knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
