Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, lead generation strategies and providing training to the sales team. This role will include both in-office and work-from-home duties, allowing for flexible work arrangements. The specialist will also focus on enhancing customer service and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive sales management.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Responsible for lead generation strategies and planning
- Ability to provide effective Training to the sales team
- Proficient in developing sales strategies and driving results
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
