Role Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Marconix Sales Solutions, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting our sales and marketing teams in executing strategies that drive business success. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

  • Support lead generation activities, including prospecting and qualifying leads.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems.

  • Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support to the sales team.

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).

  • Support content creation, including writing blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral.

  • Help manage and update the company's website and social media profiles.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows.

  • Help monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Learning:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to develop relevant skills.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
